By continuing to use AI Mily V2, you confirm that you:

• understand this is a beta release intended for evaluation and feedback only
• agree to the conditions outlined in the “Capyra – Pilot Privacy Notice” and “Capyra and AI Mily - APP, Website Terms & Conditions of Use”
• will not share access, links, screenshots, or usage permissions with anyone outside this pilot without written approval from Capyra

1. About the Website

(a) Welcome to https://app.capyra.io/ (Website). The Website allows you to access and use the Capyra (Services).

(b) The Website is operated by SUN HORIZON PTY LTD trading as Capyra, ABN 33685165619 (“Capyra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated products or Services, is provided by Capyra. Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website or the Services immediately.

(c) Capyra reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. When Capyra updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms. Any changes take immediate effect from the date of publication.

(d) Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

You accept the Terms by remaining on the Website. Where the option is available in the user interface, you may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms.

3. About the Service

(a) AI Mily is a cloud-based software service that provides real-time language support and translation tools through a web platform to assist communication between users. It is designed for general support only and does not replace professional interpreters or clinical judgement.

(b) AI Mily currently offers one account type: Pilot Access, which is free of charge during the pilot period. You acknowledge and agree that account types, features and functionality may change over time and may be governed by account-specific terms.

(c) Some accounts may be governed by a separate Software Licensing Agreement with Capyra. These Terms apply unless amended by such agreement.
