AI Mily V2.1 is currently in a pilot testing phase. This version is a work in progress and is being evaluated to improve translation accuracy, usability, and workflow fit.

Data Handling During Beta

• Audio is not recorded or stored at any time.
• Transcripts are not stored. They are only generated temporarily during a session and are discarded once the session ends.
• Text and speech data are used solely to provide real-time translation and transcription during the session.
• No identifiable patient information is retained or used for training, analytics, or any other purpose.

What Information We Collect

To enable access to the beta, we collect basic login credentials:

• Username or name
• Email address

This information is used only for authentication and to provide access to the beta.

Security and Encryption

• Temporary transcripts and speech data are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and are not stored after the session ends.
• Login credentials (username, password and email) are encrypted both at rest and in transit.
• Beta users authenticate using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered email.
